What kind of Spaces do you Organize?

We organize nearly ALL areas of your home, office or warehouse! If you are open to donating or consigning items you're no longer using & ready to see your space support your life at home & at work in a whole new way, then we are here to motivate, support, & guide you.

What type of Clients do you work with?

Our clients are busy people who usually need some help navigating a big life change. We totally understand there's many more fun things in life other than getting your home in order. So if you're moving, getting married, recently divorced, growing your family, becoming an empty nester, downsizing aging parents, or heading towards some other life transition, we're here to support you.  

What Should I expect?

Our desire is to give you as much value as possible during the time we work together. For this reason,  we prefer working closely with our clients. During a session, we will teach you skills & shortcuts which will set you up for long-term success.
Still, there are times when we will do the work for you and provide a plan for next steps.
Either way, we'll determine your preferred method, create a detailed plan, & work with your goals in mind. 

What if I live outside of the area you work in?

We still have you covered. We travel for clients all the time. Please contact us for more details.
In addition, we have virtual organizing services which are effective if you're willing to roll up your sleeves. We'll give you everything you need to create functional spaces including guides, shopping lists, & more. 

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Except in the case of an emergency, clients who cancel fewer than 24 hours prior to their appointment will be billed a non-refundable fee of 50% of the cost of the session.

What's Your Availability?

Typically, we are able to begin your project with 1-2 weeks. We'll talk about your timeline and make sure we are able to meet it.

Do you work with hoarders?

Yes, we do.  We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to reclaim their space.
Generally, in order to maintain a safe work environment, we wear masks, plus protective gear as needed. We move boxes & small furniture weighing less than 35 lbs. and assist with tasks requiring no higher than a 3-step ladder.
If you have a specific need, please share it with us. We will do our best to provide a recommendation  of a service provider who will be able to assist you. We have a network of preferred professionals who we regularly team up with.  

What if I can’t afford your organizing services?

We're still here to help you get the home or office you deserve. Our digital courses and group organizing sessions are coming soon. Do you work in homes with Pets?

Yes, we do! In order to make sure they are safe, we ask that all pets be crated or kept in a separate area other than the work area. Staff members must be able to load/unload vehicles & perform organizing duties without pets getting underfoot.

Do you work with children?

We LOVE helping children organize their spaces! When we work in a child's room, our focus is on age appropriate storage & skills which begin building good habits.
